Both the solder paste application machine and the melting furnace on the first line and the wave soldering machine on the second line are compatible with the unleaded solder to be used as per the rules restricting the amounts of the hazardous substances (RoHS) to be used in the electrical and electronic products put into practice beginning from June 2006 with the goal of ensuring that the production of the electronic devices does not harm the environment as determined by the European Union, and the production using the unleaded solder was affected beginning on said date.
